For now, I'll leave you with some advice I will take myself and advice that I obviously forgot in the last few months. Regardless, of what is going on in your life, just take a few moments to write. Writing just a few notes that can be expanded on in the future is better than not writing and waiting for the perfect time. When I was a caregiver for my husband and raising two children, I didn't have much of a creative spirit and not a lot of time to develop it. However, I did write notes regularly of what my children did and said so that in the future, I could develop the notes. Without them, I'm sure many of the daily occurances would have been forgotten by the time I actually sat down to write my book. Without the notes, I doubt Heaven Help Mom would have been written. Just get something written down and worry about the next step later. Today write from where you are and do with what time and energy you have. Just don't wait for "someday."

Mysterious Disappearance
It's been a long time since I've posted. I'd like to tell you that I have been busy writing my next memoir that is already promising to be a best seller. I'd like to tell you that, but can't. I could bore you with a lot of excuses and explanations, but it is probably best to leave why I haven't posted to your imagination. I promise to be more regular in postings. So, please, check-in regularly.
